We are all very unique in our own ways, whether that be our genetics, the environment we live and work in, our previous experiences with weight loss, a fitness journey, or even another trainer. These will play a role in how we approach your individual Journey.

We want those scales to move so badly we start chasing every new bright and shiny object that promises the quickest and best results

Looking after your health and fitness is a life long commitment, focusing on the short term will only lead you back to where you started. I am here to teach and guide you towards your goals no matter how big or small they be...

While your goals will determine how you train and change your diet for example, the things you need to focus on will not change.

  • Accountability coaching so you’re meeting the requirements of what is required to get your results and keep them
  • 1:1 onboarding process to get a baseline of where you’re starting from, we will also reassess this every few weeks to measure your growth (the number on the scale plays a minor role)
  • Nutrition guidelines without the insane diets offered in other programs
  • Weekly Check Ins with ME to create accountability, measure progress and make any changes that are needed
  • My eduaction background in rehab means we work around any injuries that have prevented you getting started in the past
  • Unlimited access Kaizen Corner - This is your education hub, it is where you will find the answers to the questions you may have along the way and where you will be able to further develop and enhance your health and fitness journey
